Old Enough To Know Better – An evening with Terence Blacker
On Friday 7th March, Bonsall Village Hall hosted Terence Blacker, a performer from the Live and Local circuit. We enjoyed an evening of music and humorous exploration of ageing with grace or not.
Terence sent feedback to The live and local organisers saying we were “quite a cosy venue, comfortable and a joy to perform in” he went onto say “everyone seemed to have a good time. Nice atmosphere.” So a big thank you to all the people who bought tickets and joined us on the night.
Live and Local is not a fundraising event for the Village Hall, we have to contribute £370 and 70% of any money we make over that on further ticket sales, is given to Live and Local. We do, however, keep any profit made on the bar sales. Live and Local does provide the opportunity for us to showcase the Village Hall and put on alternative entertainment on your doorstep.
